As a Certified Home Inspector I meet all educational requirements and qualifications. This association provides certification by tough standards; like no other! I am approved by and in good standing of InterNACHI. Carson-Dunlop and Associates' educators were also paramount in my training.
My hours of operation are 7 days a week and 12 months a year from dawn til dusk and in all kinds of Canadian weather.
I will arrive 1/2 hour early to perform an exterior inspection. Upon your arrival I will detail any concerns and then have you join me to inspect every nook and cranny on the interior of the home.
I use advanced high tech digital computing systems, detectors, sensors and numerous digital meters in order to confirm my findings throughout the home.
Your inspection report is a total comprehensive assesment on the homes livability. My reports are detailed, very easy to read and categorized for easy understanding.
